The app since upgrade keeps shutting down when I try to record a track! Can you fix. I'm using Android.
App consistently doesn't work correctly.
I've only just downloaded this and tested on a very short track, but it looks very promising. Good to have instructions and the ability to change between metric and imperial. And the ability to share tracks. What would be fantastic, is if it could be Bluetoothed to a GPS dog tag on my dog to get the actual track my dog runs.
I can't import exported tracks. It just says "unexpected error". I also can't add a photo of the dog. Nothing happens when I click the picture. Otherwise I really like the app! It has all the features you need for tracking.
Used for SAR training 1st time. Could instantly email tracks to mission manager to combine with other teams and tracks.
Purchased a year ago and it worked well on my Samsung Stratosphere. Upgraded my phone and cannot import my old tracks. I added a new dog yesterday and two new tracks, and today the new dog is missing and I can't open the tracks. Reinstalled the app and lost all new tracks saved to this phone. Very unhappy now. New phone is a Samsung Galaxy 5.
Unable to email a saved track, this is why i bougt this app a second time( allready bought this in appstore aswell for my iphone) unable to find support anywhere. When clicking on email it brings me to the home menue of the app. Also i get two apps one called dogtracks and one called dog tracks, why?
Didn't work for my phone. Nexus 6 android 5.1. Willing to try it again if it gets updated
Love this app. Only suggestion would be an option for a 'third' track, perhaps marked in green: When going over the route after the dog has finished working in order to collect articles & markers, it would be helpful to have a real-time GPS guide to show where on the track you are. When trying to follow a completed track to collect missed articles, I needed to guess where I was because the map was no longer 'live'.
Easy to use. Nice way to journal your tracks easily. I look forward to the ability to post on facebook, would be nice to be able to email as well (like when tracking with others so they can have their track).
